We are in the process of building out all of our support documentation and wanted to co create it with our users needs in mind as we grow.
For now, there are three ways you can get support:
- Search the tutorials. Click Tutorials above. Most of your questions can be answered there. Feel free to comment or ask more questions, that way your question can also help other users. We will typically get back to your question within the hour on a weekday.
- Talk to us live. Both in app and in the support here, we are live during business hours to help solve any issues you may have. Simple tap the contact support in you app user settings or on web tap the picture of Amy (our head of Customer Success) in the bottom right hand corner.
- Send us an email or make a phone call, If you are one of those users that just love to send an email or make a phone call, we're still here for you. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 212-983-9283.
Don't panic if we don't respond same day, we're here, may have just had to unplug for a coffee meeting or dinner. sometimes we need a breather.
